I have 3 powerful words for you today that you change the way you approach your business.

KNOW YOUR VALUE!

If you don’t know your value, don’t expect anyone else to.

It’s quite common when starting out your new coaching business not to really know and appreciate how amazing you are.

And the thing is that if you are not confident about your value and what you have to offer, don’t expect anyone else to be confident either.

You see….confidence or lack of confidence shows up in your voice. It also shows up in your blog posts, videos, facebook posts.

If you feel confident about what you have to offer, your clients will feel it. And if you are shaky and unsure, they will sense that too!

Here’s a tip that will help you to appreciate your value and become more confident in what you offer your clients.

Journal and reflect around all your past victories.

It doesn’t have to be business related at all….just a list of anything you’ve done that made you feel amazing.

Another thing I do is to journal and reflect around all the breakthroughs I have helped my clients to achieve.

If you are just starting out and don’t have clients yet, think about anyone you have helped and what you helped them to achieve.

  1. How did what you helped them with, make their lives better?
  2. How did it transcend into other areas of their lives? For example, their relationships, self confidence etc?

I know that if you take the time to do this, you will start to really appreciate your incredible value.

You are amazing girl! You just need to believe it and know it for yourself!

    Ruth, this is an amazing post. I’m going to be sharing it on Twitter and my Facebook page… You are RIGHT ON about celebrating past victories. It’s so easy to lose track of how we have succeeded in the past and feel like the “right now” is the only thing that determines whether or not we have value to offer.
