Hi Gorgeous,
Have you ever felt like you were doing something because other people were doing it? It could be a business idea or a niche that you were drawn to, just because you see other people being successful at it?
So you jumped in and after a while all the excitement wore out and you are left feeling depleted like a punctured balloon?
It can feel quite horrible to even attempt to wear other people’s ‘outfits’.
It could leave you looking like a 5 year old wearing her mothers oversized clothes or you could end up looking like you’ve forced yourself into a little black dress that’s 2 sizes small!
Just picture those two scenarios…
A 5 year old wearing her mum’s oversized clothes might look cute but forcing yourself into a dress that’s 2 sizes down does not look cute at all!
That’s what happens when you force yourself into something that really isn’t you.
To succeed in whatever you do, you’ve got to be you and 100% you!
When what you are doing is 100% you, you will be passionate about it and you will be able to keep going even when the going gets tough. Your excitement, your enthusiasm will shine through and your people will see that.
I know it’s very scary to really put yourself out there and be 100% you.
I know you are probably worried about what people will think? Would they hate you, unsubscribe, or unfriend you?
Here’s what I’ve found…..
Some people will fall head over heels in love with you and some people are not going to like you and that’s ok.
The point is that being 100% you in your business and doing what really excites you will attract a certain group of people and will repel some people.
For example, I’m a christian, a Jesus lover, and I take that very seriously, so things like swearing, cursing is not my kinda thing at all!
I include stuff about my faith and God in everything I do.
Some people love me for that and totally resonate with me, and some people don’t! And that’s fine by me!
The point that I’m trying to make is that be 100% you!
Do what YOU really want to do!
Don’t think that because that a successful coach is doing this, then surely I should do it too because there’s money in that area.
Please don’t do that! It doesn’t work and will only waste your precious time.
Give yourself the permission to express yourself fully in your business.
Over to you my lovely friend….
I’d love to hear your experiences. Have you ever done something that wasn’t you? How did you feel and most importantly how did you change that situation? Please leave a comment in the comment area below.

I definitely felt like this in my previous entrepreneurial adventures. I was all about what would make me money, now I am doing what I love! Being a nerdy number cruncher!
