My Reality Of Being An Entrepreneur [Behind The Scenes] -

So I thought I should share a snippet of what it’s like for me being a mum and running my coaching business at the same time….

So a couple of nights ago, I was going to read my kids bedtime story to them and then work for an hour or two after they were fast sleep.

THE REALITY

I fell asleep in my kids bed while reading their bedtime story (hadn’t even changed to my pyjamas) and didn’t open my eyes again till 6.20am the next morning!!

That’s the reality of being an entrepreneur…..my reality!

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan but as a mum, I appreciate these precious moments.

Another quick story!…

I remember a few years ago, when my daughter was about three years old….actually maybe she was two…. anyway, I was hosting a webinar after I had tucked her into bed.

I was so happy that she had finally slept.

But as I was digging into the webinar, I suddenly heard her tiny feet running down the hallway, and suddenly she burst into a loud cry!

I grabbed her quickly and was rocking her so hard trying to keep her quiet…..it wasn’t working and she wasn’t having it! Luckily I had a co-host and she took over the webinar while I calmed my little girl down.

Looking back, it’s one of the most hilarious moments of my entrepreneur journey!

Point is…I’ve learned over the years of running my business, that things aren’t going to be perfect most times and I’ve learned to be okay with that.

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan but as a mum, I appreciate these precious moments.
