HOW TO FILL UP YOUR CALENDAR WITH DISCOVERY CALLS UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY BOOKED WITH CLIENTS!
This applies especially if you are doing 1:1 coaching or selling high end programs i.e. $1000 or more.
When I was going through a very dry patch in my business, I looked back at the previous months and realised that I was only doing like 1 or 2 discovery calls a month, sometimes zero!
And then it hit me!
How could I expect to have new clients, if I’m only doing 1 or 2 discovery calls a month?
So the following month, I ramped things up, booked 10 discovery calls and signed up 2 high end clients! Boom!
So if you have never signed up a paying client ever and you are wondering why?
The only question to ask yourself is this:
How many discovery calls, or consultation calls have you done this month?
If the answer is zero or 1 or 2 like I used to do, then you need to ramp things up….
The number of high end programs you sell is directly related to the number of discovery calls you are doing.
So here are some ideas that you can do right now to put 10-15 discovery calls in your calendar.
1. Create valuable content (video, article, FB post etc) and end it with a CALL TO ACTION by telling your viewers or readers what step you want them to take next.
That next step could be to download a freebie offer or you could invite them to a consultation or discovery call.
(This is something a lot of people miss out! They share great content but there’s no call to action)!
2. Reach out privately to people who have shown an interest in your content and who you think would be a good fit for your program.
Only do this is you have had a conversation with them before.
So right now, make a list of everyone that has shown some interest in your offer before and reach out to them!
Don’t just sell at them, rebuild rapport, find out how they have progressed and invite them to a conversation on skype or on phone.
3. Email your list and invite them to a consultation, do this at least two times a week!
And of course, send them valuable content too and share relevant stories so that you are not just selling at them!
4. FB ads – Expand your audience reach and get more eyes on your freebie offer.
Then follow up with an invitation to a discovery call on the backend! This strategy works very well!
BTW, you don’t have to get a new mortgage to fund FB ads, I have some pretty cool techniques that I’ll be sharing in future posts, so watch out.

Point is, it’s going to take some effort on your part to bring in these clients through the doors.
And always remember that the amount of discovery calls you do will determine how many clients you sign up.
